In case of conversion or extension of an existing building, the conceptual design is preceded with the building measuring.

Depending on individual requirements, a customer can order the full scope of design or choose only some elements enlisted above.

Supervision

• architect’s supervision

We can accompany our customer throughout the whole investment process. When a conceptual design is accepted, we begin to prepare a building project and apply for all formal permissions required by law. At the construction stage we perform architect’s supervisions on-site, making sure that the work is carried out according to the accepted project.
